We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
All hotel rooms in a reservation must be charged to the same credit card. You cannot split payments between
multiple cards or change credit card information once we process your transaction through the site.
You can do it in case of payment directly at the hotel reception.
In the unlikely event that an unauthorized use of your credit card occurs, immediately notify your credit card
issuer. The appropriate 800 number is usually located on the back of the card. It is critical that you contact
your credit card issuer directly; they will explain the specific steps required to report suspected fraud, which
generally include signing an affidavit attesting to the unauthorized charges and/or canceling the credit card in
question. Your credit card issuer is also responsible for initiating the process to validate and refund or reverse
the unauthorized charges on your credit card.
Charges for any incidental services you use while at the hotel (parking, resort fees, phone calls, room service,
etc.) are payable directly to the hotel - normally at check-out.

We use sophisticated encryption software to protect the privacy of all the information you entrust to us. We are
so confident in the security of this system that we back it up with a guarantee. If, for whatever reason, you are
held responsible for any fraudulent charges made on our site, we will cover the liability for you, up to fifty
dollars, as long as the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from a
reservation made with us while using our secure server. For more information please refer to
our privacy policy. All secure sites on the web are indicated by the presence of a security lock box icon at the
bottom of the screen. Beware of sites that claim to be secure without this box as they may not be secure.
Don't worry -- your credit card and personal information are safe!
Typographical errors are the leading cause of credit card problems. Check that you have entered your credit card
number accurately and that the name and expiration date are as they appear on the card. Also, check
that the billing address you entered matches the one filed with your credit card company. Ensure that your
card does not expire before your date of arrival and that you have sufficient funds available on the card to
guarantee payment for your stay.
www.atlas.co.il is the "Atlas Hotels chain" official and only website. You process your booking and receive the
reservation form with confirmation directly from the Atlas Hotels team and not via other supplier.
Most importantly, if you prepaid your stay via our online system, you can be sure that you won't be billed again
by the hotel directly.
If you see Atlas Hotels in other sites, remember that most internet websites are completely independent of the
hotels they service, and could be located anywhere in the world; once they get your money, there is no guarantee
that they will pass it on to the hotel in time for your stay.
We have taken every possible step to insure that both your personal information and credit card information is transmitted securely to the hotel. We currently utilize SSL encryption technology which is the industry standard so that you can make your online reservation with confidence.
While you fill-in the booking form you will have 3 options for giving us your credit card to process your booking:
Option1: If you are not feeling safe to give your credit card via website, you need to choose this option and you will be contacted by our holiday consultant, by either email, fax, or phone in order to complete the booking process and to take down your credit card details as guarantee.
Option 2: You give us your credit card details for the guarantee only. In this case you will receive confirmation from Atlas Hotels Reservations Center and notice that you will pay directly at the hotel, upon arrival. The booked hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
Option 3: You give us your credit card details for prepaying your whole booked stay. In this case you will receive the automatic voucher from the site and the hotel will receive the notice that the stay was prepaid and you will receive all details about booked and prepaid services without paying for them at the hotel upon arrival.
They are centrally located within walking distance to business and leisure sites in Tel Aviv.
We have rooms with unlimited internet connection free of charge (wi-fi). All hotels supply wireless Internet connection in the public areas.
Moreover, some of our hotels in Tel Aviv and Nova Hotel in Eilat have a kitchenette with microwave. All hotels have bathroom amenities and multi-channel television connection. Programming is in many different languages including English, Hebrew, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Arabic and more.
In case you have chosen the option 2 (to give credit card details for the guarantee only), your credit card details are only used if you fail to show up without prior cancellation. Failure to show up without canceling in advance will result in a no-show charge as described in the cancellation policy.
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before arrival date are free of any charge
(except for holidays, international exhibitions and august– see item #4).
Cancellations made on date of arrival are subject to a fee equal to 1 night’s price
(except for holidays, international exhibitions and august– see item #4).
Non-show is subject to a fee equal to 1 night’s price
(except for holidays; international exhibitions and august – see item #4).
Cancellations of reservations for Holidays, International exhibitions periods and August, made within 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a 3 nights cancellation fee, depending on each hotel policy.
