The Booking Process, Terms and Conditions



As you are dealing directly with Atlas Hotels reservations office – you do not have to pay any booking fee . Please find below the explanation for the booking process step by step. We recommend to print this page for easier reading.

Searching for hotel

If you are not familiar with our hotels you need to use "Find a hotel" section on our Home page. Within the search fields enter the arrival / departure dates, type and number of rooms you require. After clicking 'Search " you will see the "Search Results" page with the list of available hotels for your requested stay.
At this stage, you see a picture and a brief description for each hotel; dates of arrival and departure chosen by you.
For more information of any of the hotels click on "for more details".
For rates and the booking process just click on "book this hotel" button.

If you know the hotel you want to reserve – please use our "Hotel" button to get the submenu or go to "Express Booking / Our Hotels" section on the left side of the screen. In this case you will see the chosen hotel page with: description / pictures/ address / map of the hotel location / rates or deals for this hotel.

Once you have chosen your hotel, the check-in / check-out dates, the room type , number of guests, and, after receiving total amount of the requested accommodation please click on the 'Continue your booking' button.

It is the first step to the booking process. You can rest assured that your booking is in safe hands.

Hotel booking / reservation form:

On the top of this page you see again the chosen services / the hotel's picture and total price given to you. In order to complete the booking you need to fill-in the following details:

Personal Details:
        The fields with "*" are mandatory. We keep your personal information and e-mail strictly
        confidential.

Credit card details:

        While you fill-in the booking form you will have 3 options for giving us your credit card to
        process your booking:

  
  •   Option1: If you are not feeling safe to give your credit card via website, you need to choose
            this option and you will be contacted by our holiday consultant, by either email, fax, or phone
            in order to complete the booking process and to take down your credit card details as
            guarantee. Cancellation regulations are detailed below.


  •   
  •   Option2: You give us your credit card details for the guarantee only. In this case you will
            receive confirmation from Atlas Hotels Reservations Center and notice that you will pay
            directly at the hotel,upon arrival. The booked hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit
            cards prior to arrival.
            Your credit card will not be charged in advance.

      
  •   Option3: You give us your credit card details for prepaying your whole booked stay. In this
            case you will receive the automatic voucher from the site and the hotel will receive the notice
            that the stay was prepaid and you will receive all details about booked and prepaid
            services without paying for them at the hotel upon arrival.

      Note: Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a room without a credit card.

      After filling in all mandatory files in the reservation forms, read and check the box "Terms
      and Conditions" , learn about hotel's Cancellation and Non-show policies and then you
      have two options:
            1. To continue booking process.
            2. To reset and begin again the filling-in form.

  • Confirmation for your booking:

    After choosing the way how do you prefer to receive the confirmation (by fax or by e-mail) and after writing us your comments if you have – click on "ORDER" button. You will get an automatic answer for the site that your booking has been received in the site.

    Important:
      
  • If you chose the option 3 (prepaid booking) you will get the immediate confirmation voucher
         to your e-mail address. Please print this voucher and bring to the hotel.

  •   
  • If you chosen the option1 or option 2 (to give credit card for guarantee only), you will receive a
         final confirmation for your booking within 1 working day (we give urgent bookings top priority).


  • Please inform us immediately of any change in your plans.


  • If you are tourist and have a foreign passport – there is no other charge, commission or tax on
         top of the special Internet rates shown in our site.


  • Israeli passport holders must add 16.5% VAT on top of the rates or use our rates in shekels –
         see our site in Hebrew or contact us.

  •   
  • Problems with the booking process?
         Please contact us here and do not forget to mention the name of chosen hotel.


  • You have received our final booking confirmation and what now?

    You simply arrive at the hotel on your arrival date to check in. When checking in, simply tell them your details such as your name, and that you booked through www.atlas.co.il (you could bring along the email we sent but this is not essential).
    If your booking was not prepaid via our site online system (option3) - you will be asked how you would like to pay (cash / credit card/ traveler cheque) .
    Normally, an imprint of your credit card will be taken to cover any incidental expenses, and then you can agree to pay at the end of your stay using the credit card. If you do not have credit card to give at the hotel reception for the guarantee – you will be requested to pay for whole period of stay in advance – by cash. At the end of your stay, you will receive an invoice in your name for your own records.

    Cancellation or Non-show fee:

    In case you have chosen the option 1 or option 2 (to give credit card details for the guarantee only), your credit card details are only used if you fail to show up without prior cancellation. Failure to show up without canceling in advance will result in a no-show charge as described in the cancellation policy.

         1.Cancellations made up to 24 hours before arrival date are free of any charge
         (except for holidays, international exhibitions and august– see item #4).

         2.Cancellations made on date of arrival are subject to a fee equal to 1 night’s price
         (except for holidays, international exhibitions and august– see item #4).

         3.Non-show is subject to a fee equal to 1 night’s price
         (except for holidays; international exhibitions and august – see item #4).

         4.Cancellations of reservations for Holidays, International exhibitions periods and August,
         made within 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a 3 nights cancellation fee, depending on
         each hotel policy.

    The same cancellation and non-show fees will apply to the client who has chosen the option 3 (full prepayment before arrival). If you will cancel up to 24 hours before arrival - all your money will be refunded to your credit card. In this case your voucher will be canceled and the hotel will get the cancellation note about it immediately.


    How to cancel a Reservation made through www.atlas.co.il ?

    Reservations may be canceled as follows:

  • By telephone to the ATLAS CALL reservations office on +972 -3-542-5555

  • By email to reservations@atlashotels.co.il

  • By fax to +972-3-760-8920.


  • Miscellaneous

  • Atlas Hotels may change the site regulations from time to time, with no prior notification to the
         users.

  • Atlas Hotels reserves the right, at any time, to cancel or amend reservation conditions and/or
         any prices advertised in this site.

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of Israel only. Any legal proceedings with respect to
         or arising from this agreement or the use of this website shall only be brought in agreed
         Israeli courts.
