  1. These Regulations are intended to govern the rules under which a “The Early Bird” – Book in advance for Passover and the weekend after Passover promotion is conducted, offering 20% discount for booking vacations at Atlas Hotels Ltd. hotels in Tel-aviv and Jerusalem or part thereof, as published by the Company.<\/li>\n\n
  2. The following terms in these Regulations shall have the meanings set forth below, unless expressly stated otherwise herein:
    \u201cThe Club\u201d or \u201cCustomer Club\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 The customer club of Atlas Hotels Ltd. \u2013 A-list.
    \u201cThe Company\u201d \/ \u201cThe Chain\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Atlas Hotels Ltd.
    \u201cThe Hotels\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Selected hotels of Atlas Hotels Ltd. In Tel-aviv and Jerusalem, as published on the Company\u2019s website. Neve Eilat hotel does not take part in the promotion.
    \u201cThe Promotion\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 A promotion for booking vacations in advance for Passover and the weekend following Passover (1-11\/4\/2026) at 20% discount and on selected dates. Offer includes weekends at selected hotels only.
    \u201cThe Website\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 The Company\u2019s official and current website for making reservations: https:\/\/www.atlas.co.il\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n
  3. The Promotion is intended for Customer Club members only, including new members who join the Club, in accordance with the Atlas Hotels Ltd. Customer Club Regulations as published on the Website.<\/li>\n\n
  4. The Company reserves the right to cancel and\/or change the Promotion and\/or the provisions of these Regulations from time to time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.<\/li>\n\n
  5. The Promotion shall begin on 3\/2\/26 and would be removed by 28\/2\/2026 or at an earlier date determined solely by Atlas Hotels Ltd. and shall be used for booking a vacation applicable to reservations whose stay date is between 1\/4\/2026 to 11\/4\/2026.
    The Company may change or discontinue the Promotion at any time.
    The Company does not guarantee that the Promotion will be available at all of its hotels.
    The number of rooms is limited and participation in the Promotion is subject to availability and based on double occupancy. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Rates are based on double occupancy.\u00a0 Rates may vary according to room type and property<\/li>\n\n
  6. Club points may not be redeemed for bookings made under this Promotion.
    No Club points may be accumulated for bookings made under this Promotion.
    No double discounts or promotions apply.
    Monetary vouchers only may be redeemed, subject to the regulations of the website through which the vouchers were purchased.
    Non-monetary vouchers may not be redeemed as part of this Promotion.<\/li>\n\n
  7. Promotion Benefit:<\/strong>
    <\/strong> 20% discount.
    Rates may vary according to room type. No double promotions. Birthday or anniversary discounts may not be combined with this Promotion.
    The Promotion is valid for bookings made via the Company\u2019s official website only \u2013 www.atlas.co.il \u2013 or through the reservations center at *3411.<\/li>\n\n
  8. Change \/ Cancellation Policy:<\/strong>
    <\/strong> In accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the regulations enacted thereunder, within 14 days from the date of booking and subject to the conditions set forth by law.<\/li>\n\n
  9. Miscellaneous:<\/strong>
    <\/strong> 9.1 The Company reserves the right to add, amend, subtract, or replace, at any time, the rules and procedures of these Regulations, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. From the date of amendment, only the updated version shall bind the Company, unless expressly stated otherwise. It is the responsibility of the Club member to follow updates to the Regulations as published on the Website.<\/li><\/ol>

    9.2 Granting of benefits is subject to the proper operation of the Company\u2019s operational and computerized systems. In the event of malfunctions that temporarily prevent the granting of the benefits as stated above, the Company shall act to remedy them as soon as possible, and customers shall have no claims or demands against the Company due to the non-granting of benefits during such malfunctions and their resolution.<\/p>

    9.3 Any action taken by the Customer Club and\/or the Company in favor of a customer that deviates from these Regulations shall be deemed an act beyond the letter of the law only, shall not constitute a precedent, and shall not be considered a waiver of any provision of these Regulations and\/or a modification thereof.<\/p>

    9.4 In the event of any contradiction and\/or inconsistency between the provisions of these Regulations and any other publications in any media, the provisions of these Regulations shall prevail in all respects.<\/p>

    9.5 For convenience only, these Regulations are written in the masculine form and in the singular. For the avoidance of doubt, the Regulations apply equally to women and men, and to both singular and plural.<\/p>

    9.6 These Regulations shall be governed exclusively by Israeli law. Any dispute and\/or disagreement arising in connection with these Regulations and\/or the Customer Club and\/or any related matter shall be adjudicated exclusively by the competent courts in the city of Tel Aviv Israel, which shall hear the matter in accordance with Israeli law only. The parties hereby expressly exclude the local jurisdiction of any other courts, whether in Israel or abroad, with respect to the matters set forth in this section.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
