Promotion Regulations

- General
These Regulations are intended to set forth the terms and conditions governing the Black Friday promotion conducted by Atlas Hotels Ltd. (hereinafter: “The Company” or “The Chain”). - Definitions
In these Regulations, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below, unless expressly stated otherwise:- “Customer Club” or “the Club” – The customer loyalty program operated by the Company (A-List).
- “The Hotels” – All hotels operated by the Company.
- “Promotion” – The “Black Friday” promotion conducted in accordance with these Regulations.
- “Website” – The Company’s booking website: https://www.atlas.co.il/
- Modification and Cancellation of the Promotion
The Company reserves the sole and exclusive right to cancel and/or amend the Promotion and/or these Regulations, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. - Promotion Period and Redemption
5.1 The Promotion will be available on the Website and booking interface starting 20 November and until 30 November.
5.2 Reservations under the Promotion may be redeemed from the booking date, on select dates, through 31 December 2026.
5.3 Participation in the Promotion is subject to room availability. The number of rooms available under the Promotion is limited. - Points and Vouchers
6.1 Customer Club points may not be redeemed toward reservations made under the Promotion.
6.2 Customer Club points may be accrued only on amounts paid in cash or by credit card.
6.3 Monetary vouchers may be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the website through which the vouchers were purchased. - Discount Rates During the Promotion Period
Backstage, Hotel 65, Shalom & Relax, Market House, Bezalel Hotels: - Non-flexible cancellation: 30% discount (midweek and weekends)
- Flexible cancellation: 20% discount (midweek and weekends)
Tal, Yam, Melody, Artist, Fabric, Sadot, Cinema, Neve Eilat, Arthur Hotels:
- Non-flexible cancellation: 40% discount (midweek and weekends)
- Flexible cancellation: 30% discount (midweek and weekends)
Reservations under the Promotion may only be made via the official website at www.atlas.co.il or through the reservations center (*3411).
- Cancellation Policy
8.1 Non-flexible cancellation:- Payment shall be made in full at the time the reservation is placed.
- Cancellation of prepaid reservations shall be permitted in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law – 1981 and the Regulations enacted thereunder, within 14 days of the reservation date and subject to the conditions set forth in the Law and Regulations.
8.2 Flexible cancellation:
- Payment shall be made upon check-in.
- Cancellation may be made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- Late cancellation and/or no-show shall incur a charge equal to one night’s stay.
- Change of Reservation Date
A one-time change of reservation date may be made without additional charge.
If the new date carries a higher price, the price difference shall apply and be charged accordingly.
If the new date carries a lower price, no refund or credit shall be issued for the difference. - Miscellaneous
10.1 The Company reserves the sole right to add to, amend, modify, or replace any of the provisions of these Regulations at any time, without prior notice. From the date of amendment onward, only the revised version shall bind the Company, unless expressly stated otherwise. It is the responsibility of Club members to stay informed of changes published on the Website.
10.2 All benefits offered are subject to the proper functioning of the Company’s operational and computer systems. In the event of any malfunction that temporarily prevents the granting of benefits, the Company shall act to resolve such malfunction promptly. Customers shall have no claim or demand against the Company for any failure to grant benefits during such period.
10.3 Any action by the Company or the Customer Club in favor of a customer that deviates from these Regulations shall constitute a gesture of goodwill only, shall not create any precedent, and shall not be deemed a waiver or modification of the provisions herein.
10.4 In the event of any discrepancy between these Regulations and any other publication, whether in print, digital media, or otherwise, the provisions of these Regulations shall prevail.
10.5 These Regulations are drafted in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders and to both singular and plural.
10.6 These Regulations shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute, claim, or disagreement relating to these Regulations, the Customer Club, or any related matter shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in the city of Tel Aviv, Israel, which shall have sole jurisdiction.
