The Loft is adjacent to the Markethouse Boutique Hotel but is an individual guest unit featuring a large stylish space comprising two stories and an open rooftop. The entrance is rustic in decor, with a high wooden ceiling and an open space, blending into the other parts of the Loft. On the lower story there is a large and well-equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, and dining table, facing a spacious living room with a huge-screen TV, a library and eclectic furnishings. The lower story has an additional 30 square-foot bedroom for two. The upper story is quiet and more private, with a bedroom that can sleep five. Each of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom and shower. The upper story opens out onto a 150 square meter wooden-decked balcony, replete with beautiful vegetation, seating areas, and an indulgent jacuzzi. The rooftop is ideal for business or private events, or spacious and stylish accommodation for larger groups of family and friends.
