- The website www.atlascoil.local (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) is owned exclusively by Atlas Hotels Ltd., Company Registration No. 51-122862-9 – Headquarters located at 42 HaMasger Street, Tel Aviv.
- The Website provides information about Atlas Hotels Ltd. and the various hotels it operates across Israel. Additionally, it enables the booking of hotel rooms in these establishments.
- Use of the Website and/or any bookings and or purchases made through it are subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions by any person accessing or using the Website. Entering the Website constitutes unconditional and irrevocable agreement to all its terms.
- Any user of the Website declares that they read the Website’s Terms and Conditions, that they are aware and fully accept all of the terms and conditions without exception. The user waives any claim and/or right to legal action against the Website, Atlas Hotels Ltd., their representatives and/or anyone acting on their behalf.
- The Website may only be used for reviewing its content and/or booking hotel rooms and/or for the purchase of services or products through it.
- Copying, duplicating, distributing, selling, or making any commercial use of the Website’s content (including images) is prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from Atlas Hotels Ltd. Ownership and rights, including copyright, to all content, publications, and images on the Website, exclusively belongs to Atlas Hotels Ltd. and/or its representatives and/or anyone acting on their behalf.
- The Terms and conditions of the Website and some sections of the Website are written in masculine singular for convenience but are intended for all users, regardless of gender or plurality.
- All trademarks appearing on the Website (including the logo) are the property of Atlas Hotels Ltd. and/or its representatives and/or anyone acting on their behalf. Use, duplication, copying, or distribution of these trademarks is prohibited without prior written consent of Atlas Hotels Ltd.
- Providing false information on the Website is a criminal offense. Atlas Hotels Ltd. reserves the right to take legal action for any damages caused by such actions.
- Atlas Hotels Ltd. may disclose user’s details to authorities as required by law, court orders, or in cases where legal action might be initiated against Atlas Hotels LTD. based on user’s activity.
- By using the Website, users consent to their details being included in the database of Atlas Hotels Ltd. Atlas Hotels LTD. may use this information for legal purposes or for communication via email, postal mail, or other means. Identifiable personal information will not be shared with a third party without the user’s explicit consent, except as stated in Section 10.
Booking Hotel Rooms on the Website - Booking hotel rooms using the Website constitutes a legally binding agreement, similar to bookings made via other channels, including through the reservations department of Atlas Hotels Ltd.
- Room reservations and payments through the Website require a valid credit card from one of the following companies: Leumi Visa, Visa CAL, Isracard, Mastercard, Diners, or American Express. Atlas Hotels Ltd. reserves the right to change these credit card companies or allow other payment methods at its sole discretion.
- Atlas Hotels Ltd. reserves the right to decline reservations, room purchases, and/or any transactions at its sole discretion, without any liability.
- Atlas Hotels Ltd. may modify the prices listed on the Website at any time at its sole discretion.
- Atlas Hotels Ltd. is entitled to offer on the website, at its sole discretion special offers and prices for rooms in a non-refundable deal, without a possibility of cancellation and/ or refund subject to the provisions of the website’s terms and conditions and subject to the law, including the Consumer Protection Law – 1981 and the regulations made under it. These offers may also be presented concurrently with offers for the same rooms that are cancellable and/or refundable, and the price for those may differ.
- Non-refundable offers and/or deals without the possibility of cancelation may not always be priced lower than other available options on the website and/or the price list of Atlas Hotels Ltd. and/or lower than the prices of other deals offered by Atlas Hotels Ltd. Furthermore, Atlas Hotels Ltd. does not undertake to continuously and consistently offer room sales without the possibility of cancellation and refund, nor does it guarantee that there will be availability at any given time for purchasing offers without the ability to cancel or refund. Atlas Hotels Ltd. shall have at all times the sole discretion to determine and/or change the prices of the offers and/or the rooms it offers, as well as the sole discretion to cancel, suspend, and change any promotion, as well as the number of rooms offered in promotions and/or at a specific price and/or for purchase without the possibility of cancellation or refund.
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate information when booking. Atlas Hotels Ltd. and/ or anyone on its behalf are not liable for errors in booking details, including hotel selection, reservation content, stay dates, or other services /preferences. Atlas Hotels Ltd. and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage caused to the customer and/or any party due to the failure to receive the details entered, or part of them, in the system and/or any technical problem that complicates and/or prevents the execution of the reservation on the website, or any part of it.
Booking Process - Bookings on the Website require entering credit card details. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. This confirmation must be printed and presented at the hotel.
- Making a reservation through the website and providing credit card details by phone: Unless Atlas Hotels Ltd. decides otherwise, the customer may complete the entire reservation on the website of Atlas Hotels Ltd. (without entering credit card details only) and provide their credit card details to a representative of Atlas Hotels Ltd. by phone (to a mobile number that the user will leave). In such a case, a confirmation of the order will be sent to the user’s e-mail address only after providing the credit card details by phone and verifying them, and until receiving this confirmation, the reservation will not be considered as completed and recorded. A representative of Atlas Hotels Ltd. will contact the user within 3 business days from the initial registration during the operating hours of the reservations department of Atlas Hotels Ltd.: Sundays to Thursdays from 08:00 to 18:00 and on Fridays from 08:00 to 12:00. It should be clarified that there is no guarantee that the reservation will be made and that there will be availability for the hotel rooms that the user requested at the time of contact to take the credit card details. There is no guarantee that the reservation the user wishes to make will indeed be executed, and only after receiving confirmation of the reservation after providing the credit card details will their reservation be considered as if it has been made.
- Credit card information is used solely to secure bookings. Charges are made upon arrival at the hotel unless the booking is non-refundable and/or without the possibility of cancellation, in which case the card is charged immediately.
- The determining date for the execution of a reservation and/or any cancellation and/or change is the date on which the reservation and/or notification of change and/or cancellation is actually received by Atlas Hotels Ltd., whether sent via e-mail, regular mail, registered mail, or facsimile. If the date is not a business day, the reservation and/or cancellation and/or change will be considered as received on the morning of the first business day following it. The date of execution of any reservation will be considered the date on which a confirmation is sent to the booker via email by Atlas Hotels Ltd. regarding the receipt of the reservation.
- The date for making changes or cancellations to a reservation will be subject to the provisions of any law, including the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions), 2010, as they may be at any time. For a transaction made remotely, cancellation can be made within 14 days of the reservation, provided that the cancellation is made at least 7 business days before the intended arrival date at the hotel (Section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions), 2010). After this date, it will not be possible to cancel and/or to change the reservation, and the user will be charged the full payment according to the original reservation for any change/cancellation/shortening/no-show/late arrival.
- In the case of cancellation of a transaction within the aforementioned timelines, Atlas Hotels Ltd. shall be entitled to charge cancellation fees, as stipulated by consumer protection laws (at the time of writing this protocol, the cancellation fee is 5% of the total booking amount or 100 NIS, the lowest of the two.
- Atlas Hotels Ltd. may establish different / longer cancellation or change periods at its sole discretion, provided that the information was published in advance before the order was placed, and subject to any applicable law.

Atlas Hotels Ltd. is also not responsible for any changes or edits made to the information by a user of this website and/ or any party beyond Atlas Hotels Ltd’s control.
- Atlas Hotels Ltd. reserves the right to cancel and/or limit and/ or modify the use of its website, including reservations, for any reason and at any given time, including for reasons of unlawful activity and/or technical failures affecting site use and/or reservations, force majeure events and/or other events that may affect site use and/or reservations and/or the services provided by Atlas Hotels Ltd. and/or any part of it, or if the reason is actions that violate the terms of this website.
- Additionally, Atlas Hotels Ltd. reserves the right to cancel and/or change specific reservations and/or sales if an error in the description of offered services is discovered.
- If a reservation and/or sale is canceled by Atlas Hotels Ltd., Atlas Hotels Ltd. will notify the customer, avoid charging their credit card, and, if charged, refund the amount paid for the canceled reservation.
General Terms - Atlas Hotels Ltd. does not accommodate unaccompanied minors in its hotels. A guest aged at least 18 years must be present in every room.
- Room check-in time is 16:00 in Eilat hotels and 14:30 elsewhere in Israel. Check-out is by 12:00 on departure day and by 11:00 in Eilat. These times may change at Atlas Hotels Ltd’s sole discretion, with notice provided on the website or to the guest prior to reservation. Late check-out or early check-in may be permitted at Atlas Hotels Ltd’s sole discretion, based on hotel occupancy, operational considerations and other consideration.
- An infant is defined as a child under two years old. A child is defined as aged 2-12 years in the context of hotel stays or services. Use of the website and reservations is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Reservations made on the website are subject to room availability at the chosen hotel.
- Prices listed on the website are valid only at the time of viewing or use (or as specifically noted) and may change at Atlas hotels Ltd’s sole discretion, provided that the change is indicated on the website and/or communicated to the customers by phone before the order is placed.
- Israeli citizens and residents are subject to VAT. The applicable rate will be the rate in effect at the time the reservation is utilized, not at the time of booking. Any change in VAT rate will require guests to pay the difference.
- No double promotions and/ or discounts.
- Users declare and agree not to copy, hack, alter, or interfere with the website’s software, content, or communication and/or any part of it, at any time.
- Atlas Hotels Ltd. shall have the right to suspend the use of the website in general or with respect to a specific customer and/or reservation if the customer has not complied with the terms of this regulations and/or applicable law, in whole or in part, including (but not limited to) if incorrect or false details were provided and/or if, in the opinion of Atlas Hotels Ltd., the website is being or is about to be used for an unlawful purpose and/or an act or omission that could harm Atlas Hotels Ltd. and/or anyone of its behalf and/or any third party and/or if the credit card entered by the customer is restricted and/or stolen and/ or canceled.
- The use of the website is for personal use only.
- Atlas Hotels Ltd. shall have the right, at any time, to close the website and/or modify it, both in terms of appearance and content, and/or cancel some of the existing functions and/or services offered, all at its sole discretion and without the obligation to provide prior notice. Users acknowledge and declare that they will have no claims and/or demands and/or right to sue Atlas Hotels Ltd. for such changes.
- Atlas Hotels Ltd. shall have the right, at any time, to change this regulation, all at its sole discretion. Atlas Hotels Ltd. will notify within the website of changes of the type specified in this section, and they will apply from the date of publication onward.
- Atlas Hotels Ltd. shall have the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to modify and/or cancel the terms for accepting and/or confirming reservations, the prices published on the website, and any other information or part thereof.
- Entering this website and/or reviewing and viewing its content will constitute confirmation that the user has read carefully all the terms of use outlined above and that they are clear and agreed upon by the user.
- Using the services offered on this website and/or clicking the “Confirm” button to make an inquiry to Atlas Hotels Ltd. through this website constitutes the user’s full agreement to all the terms of this regulation.
- The laws of the State of Israel shall apply exclusively to this regulation and to the use of this website, and everything resulting and related to it. Any dispute and/or question related to this website and/or the service offered on it shall be resolved by the court in Tel Aviv-Yafo district only.
