Tucked behind Dizengoff Square, inside the Backstage Hotel – a boutique hotel inspired by the world of theater and performance – Backstage Café invites you to start your day like a leading star, with a brunch sprinkled with stardust.
The Backstage Brunch is a surprising and sensorial experience, served across three curated buffet stations that spotlight the very best of breakfast:
The Round Table – a display of fresh breads, warm pastries, and oven-baked desserts.
The Cart – a DIY muesli station with granola, fresh fruit, yogurts, and toppings.
The Chef’s Buffet – featuring individual mini gourmet dishes, specialty boutique cheeses, refreshing salads, fish, and seasonal fruits.
In addition, guests may order a personal hot dish to the table, with standout options such as:
– Savory French toast with spinach, onion, sunny-side-up eggs, Gouda, hollandaise, and asparagus.
– Croissant with poached egg, salmon hollandaise, and arugula.
– Caramel pancakes with bananas, whipped cream, and caramelized hazelnuts.
All of this is accompanied by unlimited hot and cold beverages – including cava, mimosas, high-quality coffee, and fresh juices.
