About the Hotel

Artist Hotel

The Artist Hotel is a boutique hotel and cultural meeting place dedicated to contemporary Israeli art. At the heart of Tel Aviv and within short walking distance of the Bugrashov Beach, guests are connected to the happening locations in town and to the local art and design scene. In addition to its excellent art, the Artist offers the perfect base for a sunny holiday that is impeccably designed, accompanied by the finest cosmetics and complemented by a rich Tel Avivi breakfast.
We are pleased to recommend the best art shows and exhibits, special artistic events, cultural hangouts and cafes tucked away in several architectural wonders around the hotel (ask for the "Artist City Map"). Our sixty rooms are like a gallery of modern art, showing some of Israel's leading creators, from the famous collection curated by ORS CEO Doron Sabag, to works adapted uniquely to the hotel and the rooms, commissioned from up-and-coming local artists.

It has all the facilities and equipment you need for an effective workout, in a pleasant space with some quality TV screens for your enjoyment. The gym is open 24/7 and guests have free access to work out. Right next to the gym is a dry sauna with hot stones and clean towels, also available for our guests.

The hotel features an elegant spa treatment room to provide you with a true respite for the body and soul. Our professional spa staff offers a variety of treatments featuring the newest equipment and using special oils and products based on cocoa, honey, and coffee. Whether it’s rejuvenation of the skin, tension release, fatigue or muscle pain, our staff will recommend the right treatment so you can disconnect from everything and surrender to relaxation.

  • Artist Hotel Rooftop

The rooftop of the Artist Hotel continues its minimalistic clean design with a wooden deck and an eclectic collection of seating areas, beanbags and chairs. These are surrounded by a lovely rooftop garden, and in the evenings, soft lighting completes the scene. Hotel guests are welcome to go up to the roof to take a breath, relax from the bustle of the city or enjoy a drink. The rooftop also hosts occasional lectures, film screenings and private events of up to 40 participants, in the open air and with a pleasant breeze from the nearby Mediterranean. The chic design, the intimacy and the laid-back style make this one of the nicest spots at the hotel.

  • Artist Rooms at the Artist Hotel

The Artist Hotel is special not only because of its exhibits of modern art that hang in the hotel’s public spaces, but also due to its ongoing collaboration with local contemporary artists. The hotel has allotted a few special rooms for selected artists to create unique works of art within a specific space that is actually a hotel room. Each of the “artist rooms”, as they are called, tells the story of the specific artist, for example a golden installation that is reminiscent of the Pharoah of ancient Egypt, or an installation of Mars on the ceiling, or a giant flower created from inner tubes, and other rooms that employ a variety of combined techniques such as ceramics, oil painting and acrylic, special LED lighting, wooden engravings, plaster, and more.
