Promotion Terms

Atlas Hotels Ltd. (Company No. 51-122862-9)

  1. General
    These Regulations are intended to set forth the terms and conditions governing the winter promotion conducted by Atlas Hotels Ltd. (hereinafter: “The Company” or “The Chain”).
  2. Definitions
    In these Regulations, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below, unless expressly stated otherwise:
    1. “Customer Club” or “the Club” – The customer loyalty program operated by the Company (A-List).
    1. “The Hotels” – All hotels operated by the Company.
    1. “Promotion” – The winter promotion conducted in accordance with these Regulations.
    1. “Website” – The Company’s booking website: https://www.atlas.co.il/
  3. Modification and Cancellation of the Promotion
    The Company reserves the sole and exclusive right to cancel and/or amend the Promotion and/or these Regulations, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
  4. Promotion Period and Redemption
    4.1 The Promotion will be available on the Website and booking interface starting June 2026 and until 31 of August 2026.
    4.2 Reservations under the Promotion may be redeemed from the booking date, on select dates, through 31 of August 2026.
    4.3 Participation in the Promotion is subject to room availability. The number of rooms available under the Promotion is limited.
  5. Points and Vouchers
    5.1 Customer Club points may not be redeemed toward reservations made under the Promotion.
    5.2 Customer Club points may be accrued only on amounts paid in cash or by credit card.
    5.3 Monetary vouchers may be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the website through which the vouchers were purchased. Non-monetary vouchers cannot be redeemed as part of this promotion.

6. Discount rates for the promotion period:

No double promotions. Birthday or anniversary discounts will be provided through the Reservations Center at *3411.
The promotion is valid only for reservations made on the official website www.atlas.co.il or through the Reservations Center at *3411.

7. Change/Cancellation Policy:
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the regulations enacted under it, up to 14 days from the date of booking and subject to the conditions set forth in the Law and Regulations.

8.2 All benefits offered are subject to the proper functioning of the Company’s operational and computer systems. In the event of any malfunction that temporarily prevents the granting of benefits, the Company shall act to resolve such malfunction promptly. Customers shall have no claim or demand against the Company for any failure to grant benefits during such period.

8.3 Any action by the Company or the Customer Club in favor of a customer that deviates from these Regulations shall constitute a gesture of goodwill only, shall not create any precedent, and shall not be deemed a waiver or             modification of the provisions herein.

8.4 In the event of any discrepancy between these Regulations and any other publication, whether in print, digital media, or otherwise, the provisions of   these Regulations shall prevail.

8.5 These Regulations are drafted in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders and to both singular and plural.

8.6 These Regulations shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute, claim, or disagreement relating to these Regulations, the Customer Club, or any related matter shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in the city of Tel Aviv, Israel, which shall have sole jurisdiction.
