Dog Hosting Policy – Atlas Hotels Ltd
- Atlas Hotels Ltd. warmly welcomes dogs and is pleased to accommodate them together with their owners. Other types of animals are not permitted.
- The following rules and guidelines govern the accommodation of dogs at all Atlas Hotels. By arriving with a dog at any of the Atlas Hotels, the guest confirms that they have read and agreed to comply with this policy.
- Only dogs are permitted to stay with guests at all Atlas Hotels.
- Dog owners shall bear full responsibility for any damage and/or injury caused to persons and/or property by their dog, of any kind or nature.
- Only one dog is permitted per guest room.
- At Neve Eilat hotel a guest staying with a dog would be charged 150 NIS apart for assistance / guide dogs.
- The entry of dangerous animals into Atlas Hotels is strictly prohibited. A “dangerous dog” is defined as any dog over the age of three months that has previously bitten, displays aggressive behavior, belongs to a breed classified as dangerous under the Control of Dogs Law, 2002, its regulations, or any other applicable legislation, or is a crossbreed with a dangerous breed that exhibits similar physical characteristics or behavior.
- A guest wishing to stay with their dog must provide the hotel, as a condition to stay, with a copy of the dog’s license and sign a document acknowledging the policy and undertaking to comply with it. The guest affirms that the dog is not dangerous, is vaccinated, and is treated against fleas, worms, and similar parasites. The guest is also required to comply with hotel guidelines regarding areas where pets are allowed or restricted (e.g., pets are not permitted in the dining room or pool area). The guest must ensure that the dog is kept on a leash at all times in public areas. Leaving dogs unattended in guest rooms for more than a few minutes is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the guest undertakes to maintain quiet, cleanliness, and general order.
- Atlas Hotels Ltd. will provide guests staying with a dog with dog food and water bowls. The guest agrees to use only these designated bowls and not any other hotel property for the dog’s use.
- It is hereby clarified that any guest who violates this policy may be required by Atlas Hotels Ltd. to vacate their room and leave the hotel premises immediately. These provisions do not affect the rights of guests with disabilities to be accompanied by a certified guide or assistance dog.
